Our Process
- Single and multifamily structures are 3d modeled to create the most efficient uses of space as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural design
- Schematic designs of all systems are sent to the factory floor for fabrication and assembly
- Cold form steel is custom rolled with all cuts, notches and holes precision placed on state of the art equipment
- Floor assemblies are assembled, with 3/4 structural concrete sub-floor panels installed
- Roof trusses, exterior walls and interior walls are assembled and squared using precision forms and jigs using AI guided assembly systems
- Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are precision placed using cut outs placed in studs/assemblies during the custom fabrication and rolling process
- 2 inches of continuous exterior insulation(R13) and weather barrier is installed on the exterior of wall assemblies
- Roof system is installed
- Exterior structural cement sheeting, interior insulation(R19 for total of R31 walls, R49 in roof) and interior drywall is installed never being exposed to weather elements
- Interior finishing to include drywall, paint, doors, LVT flooring, cabinets and plumbing/electrical fixtures are installed while exterior brick, metal siding or fiber cement siding are installed simultaneously
- Homes are inspected along each step of the process, with final inspection and documentation completed prior to loading for site delivery
While precision factory manufacturing is taking place, onsite work by company tradespeople happens simultaneously:
- Site clearing, grubbing and grading
- Excavation for foundations
- Construction of ICF(insulated concrete form) foundations maximizing strength and efficiency(R30 insulation in foundation around structure)
- Utilities are installed to foundation for hook up to modules arriving from factory
- Site is backfilled and graded ready for module installation
Once modules and site are ready, modules are shipped to site and craned into place. Utility hookups and final finishing is completed and homes are ready for occupancy.
